The renowned luxury watch manufacturer, the Swiss company H. Moser & Cie, introduced the Endeavor Vantablack concept watch with a tourbillon – a special device that allows you to level the effect of Earth’s gravity to increase their accuracy.

In this watch, literally everything is unique – starting with the dial, which is made of the darkest material on Earth Vantablack, consisting of a dense array of vertical carbon nanotubes 3500 times thinner than a human hair. When it hits such a surface, 99.965% of the photon light is absorbed, for which it is sometimes compared with a black hole.

Vantablack is used in telescopes, for thermal camouflage, to ensure the secrecy of certain types of equipment, in civil engineering and solar panels.

The watch case elements are made of aluminum used in the aerospace industry. It is more durable than conventional aluminum and lighter than brass. As a result, the developers managed to significantly reduce the inertia of the watch, increase productivity, provide them with an improved energy balance.

Endeavor Vantablack watches will be released in a limited edition of 50 pieces at a price of $ 75,000 each.
