For the second time in 18 months, Elon Musk has contracted COVID-19.

In a Tweet Monday morning, the Tesla and Space-X CEO announced the infection, saying “I supposedly have it again (sigh), but almost no symptoms.”

Musk also expressed frustration with the virus’s classification, given the number of mutations it has gone through, asking “how many gene changes before it’s not COVID-19 anymore?”.

Musk last caught COVID in November 2020, and was forced to quarantine during the launch of a SpaceX flight to the International Space Station.

While he has been critical of mandated vaccinations and has supported Canada’s “freedom convoy” of truckers, who were protesting that country’s COVID measures, Musk said he does support people getting them of their own volition—and he and his family are vaccinated.

The test results with Musk’s most recent diagnosis seem more certain than his first bout with the virus. Musk tweeted at the time that he had been tested four times using a rapid antigen test, receiving two negative results and two positive findings, after he experienced cold-like symptoms.
