Grimes sues Elon Musk

ELON Musk’s ex-girlfriend has sued the tech tycoon over the parental rights of their three children.

The request was filed by Grimes, whose legal name is Claire Boucher, on Friday.

Grimes, 35, filed a petition to establish parental relationship in a California court, according to docs obtained by Page Six.

This request is used for the court to identify the legal parents of a child when they are unmarried.

The exact details of the filing are unknown, as the docs have been sealed.

Musk, 52, does not appear to have responded to Grime’s petition as of yet, the outlet reported.

The filing came only weeks after Grimes begged Musk to let her see her son.

In a now-deleted post, Grimes responded to author Walter Isaccson’s X post, which showed photos of Musk’s twins with Shivon Zilis, one of Musk’s top executives at his brain-implant company Neuralink.

“Tell Shivon to unblock me and tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer,” Grimes wrote.

“I have never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment, despite the situation utterly ripping my family apart.”

Musk and Grimes made their first appearance as a couple in 2018 at the annual Costume Institute Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

The SpaceX founder and Canadian musician met on X, known at the time as Twitter before Musk bought the platform for a whopping $44billion and rebranded it.

Musk and Grimes had their first child together in May 2020. The billionaire announced the news on the social media platform at the time, saying “Mom & baby all good.”

He said that it was a baby boy named X Æ A-12 in follow-up tweets.

The couple had to change the baby’s name to X Æ A-Xii because of California naming laws and they appear to call him by the nickname, X.

In March 2022, Grimes revealed that she and Musk had a baby girl through a surrogate.

The child’s full name is Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, but she goes by Y.

Grimes said in March 2023 that she changed her daughter’s name to a symbol, but that the government will not acknowledge it.

There have been ups and downs throughout the couple’s relationship, including more than one break-up, but in March 2022, they called it quits for the last time.

This past July, a bombshell secret was revealed – Musk had fathered twins with Zilis, 37, who were born just weeks before his daughter, Y, Insider reported.

Months after news broke of this scandal, in September 2023, a new biography of Musk written by Isaacson confirmed that he and Grimes had a previously unreported third child named Techno Mechanicus.
